Today, Knock ranks among the world’s major Marian Shrines, having enjoyed the full approval of the Church, for many years. It has received privileges from five Popes. St. John Paul II visited on 30th September 1979. Pope Francis visited on August 26, 2018. What a wonderful way to support each other as Catholics in this world that is increasingly hostile to our faith and values. During the summer the room will be open whenever the church is open so you can borrow and return the library materials.
Our May rosary event in honor of Our Lady was a huge success with an estimated 50+ rosaries given away! Donations are still accepted also. We definitely will need more rosaries for our next give-away!
